Mike went above and beyond to sell our house during a divorce. He was respectful, understanding, and well versed in the nuances of dealing with difficult situations and a very difficult person. Mike communicated mutually via email and individually to the selling parties via phone. He was great with regular updates and kept us both in the loop without ever once needing us to communicate to each other. He also kept our lawyers in the loop via email. There were many challenging encounters Mike was faced with and he handled each one with grace, empathy, and respect while also successfully relaying his vast knowledge. The outcome was the best we could have hoped for in a very poor market time. I would highly recommend Mike to anyone looking to buy or sell.

Mike and his team are great! They helped me sell a lot in Cape Coral that I was struggling to sell prior. Mike gave me great advice and helped find a builder/buyer. He did a lot leg work to confirm that the builder could move quickly to get permits. We sold in two months, where I had struggled to sell it for two years prior! Mike also communicated with me regularly throughout the process and I never really had to worry about knowing where we were or what would happen next. I would highly recommend Mike and his team and plan to work work with him in the future if the market aligns.
